The Naahs-mopolitan

Part of the fun of making these mocktails is coming up with the names. For my NA Cosmopolitan I was thinking of the magazine, and what a children’s version would be. I guess, unsurprisingly, there aren’t that many young girls print magazines around anymore. In the 90’s this would probably be called the Tiger Beat or Sassy, but nobody knows what the hell those are anymore, so Naahs-mopolitan it is.

I remember when the Cosmopolitan was made popular by Sex and the City. It was the ultimate chick drink (but I secretly thought that they tasted great myself). For those men who want to order one, but are insecure in their masculinity may I suggest ordering a Kamikaze, up, with a cranberry float.

The ingredients to the Cosmo are Vodka, Triple Sec, Lime juice and Cranberry Juice shaken and served up in a martini glass.

For the non-alcoholic version use NA Vodka Tea, lime juice, NA Triple Sec, and cranberry juice.
