NA Triple Sec

This, by itself isn’t something that you are probably going to chug. In looking to make my mixology mocktails I needed replacements for the ingredients of common drinks. One component for the margarita, cosmo, or kamikaze is Triple Sec. Triple Sec is a sweet orange flavored liqueur.

Mirroring this took a bit of trial and error. Like most of my recipes I use a tea base. Getting a “just orange” tea was a bit of a challenge as most orange teas include spices or other flavors. Most teas I double brew, but this one is too strong for this application. So a single brew, combined with some sugar gets to the correct flavor.
